14-day return policy

illaminous wants you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if you are not satisfied, we will refund* the order up to 14 days after the purchase!

*Custom Order are not eligible to return and refunds

If you purchase a custom order are not eligible to return or refund. For example product, color or quantity that was specially prepare as request by you. You can contact us at and we will review your request.


Product must be in perfect condition and Quantity must match your order

Our promise at is to sell quality products that are new and in perfect condition. For us to accept a return we must be able to ensure the above is guaranteed before we can resell a product. Your returned order must be sent back in perfect condition. For example, if you order 144pcs rhinestones you must return the same quantity in the same package, in perfect condition. We encourage you to reuse the shipping envelop or box we used to ship the order. Perishable goods such as opening glue or ....cannot be returned. Used equipment, hot fix applicator, rhinestones, pickup stick can’t be returned. 



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The customer is responsible for the return

Unless we have made a mistake in the shipping of your order, you are responsible for the shipping fees for returning a product. You can select the carrier and shipping method of your choice. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to be sure that we will receive your returned item.
Errors rarely happen, but if ever we accidentally shipped the wrong product, please contact our customer service as soon as you receive the order. One of our representative will solve this issue in a timely manner.

Return delay

It can take up to 5 business days for to process the return once the package has arrived at our warehouse.


Returning products purchased with a gift card

If you wish to return a product purchased with a gift card, a credit will be issued to your account. The amount of the credit issued will be equal to that amount used from the gift card. This credit will be applicable to your next purchase, and does not have an expiry date. You have the option to use the credit in your shopping cart in the section asking for payment method. Credits are not redeemable for cash.
